Our Vaucluse long day care centre has been operating since 2012 in the beautiful and scenic suburb of Vaucluse NSW. Our child care centre is driven by a close community of families living locally within the area and our centre caters for 50 children per day from ages 8 weeks to 6 years.
Our strong, highly qualified team of Early Childhood Educators strive on providing love, care, and education for each individual child while following the Early Years Learning Framework.
The Early Years Learning Framework is rich in meaning and ensures all children’s emerging interests, knowledge and abilities are acknowledged. We encourage the children to foster a love of learning through play and exploration. We incorporate school readiness for our Preschool age children, and we incorporate life readiness skills from commencement of care.
Our inclusive fees include all meals, milk, formula, nappies, wipes and sunscreen.
Our child care centre in Vaucluse welcomes family input recognizing families are the most significant people in the lives of children. To provide the best quality care and education setting for our children we must collaborate and communicate with families. Developing these partnerships allows us to implement a child focused curriculum based on the children’s interests, that caters to the development of the child inspiring a love of learning.

Our Learn and Grow team consists of professionally trained fitness, dance, drama and language educators.

Veggie and Herb Garden
Our children engage in gardening, weeding and watering the plants as they learn to care for the environment at our child care centre.

Transition to School Program
Our curriculum incorporates school readiness experiences such as lunch box days, school uniform show & tell and excursions to the local primary school.

Worm Farm
Our worm farm is an ongoing learning experience, providing sustainable practices and allows our garden to thrive.

Recycling Station
We have a recycling station in the foyer of our childcare centre where we encourage parents to donate their recyclable materials which we turn into Art Experiences.

Our outdoor environments are natural, spacious and offers stimulating learning experiences for each individual child.
What Our PARENTS Are Saying
Felix is incredibly lucky to have such a passionate, caring and creative group of child care educators looking after him at Vaucluse Cottage. He has learnt so much over the year including the continents, oceans, planets and letters to name a few and sings us songs and shows us artworks that have promoted his learning. Felix always comes home from daycare with new songs (in French and English), craft techniques and happy stories from his day. We feel as if Felix is really seen and appreciated for exactly who he is and know that he is supported and encouraged to grow as an individual.
