About Active Kids Homebush
Active Kids Homebush is located in Homebush West, just a short walk from Flemington Station and Sydney Olympic Park, and within easy reach of North Strathfield, Lidcombe, and Rookwood. The centre caters for children aged 8 weeks to 6 years, with a dedicated School Readiness Program to support preschoolers as they transition to primary school.
Our team of qualified and experienced educators, led by long-standing Coordinator Denise, bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to our service. With a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, they create meaningful, play-based experiences that challenge, inspire, and extend each child’s learning.
Active Kids Homebush offers a warm and welcoming environment, with large open classrooms designed to encourage exploration and collaboration. A unique feature is the purpose-built children’s mini kitchen, where little learners are able to engage in hands-on cooking experiences that build independence and life skills.
Our curriculum is enriched through strong connections with families and the local community, ensuring that each child develops a love of learning while feeling a true sense of belonging between home and the centre.

We are very disappointed to be leaving Active Kids as we have really valued the love and care shown to Hamish. Hamish started at Active Kids when he was very little, and has grown up being surrounded by a team of people who love and nurture him. As a mum, I have loved that I have been able to leave Hamish in a place where he is truly happy.
