About Active Kids Newtown
Active Kids Newtown has been proudly supporting families since 2008. Conveniently located near Enmore and Stanmore, and within walking distance of Camperdown Park, the centre provides high-quality education and care for children aged 8 weeks to 6 years.
Our team of qualified and devoted Early Childhood professionals create a safe, warm, and welcoming environment filled with stimulating experiences designed to inspire curiosity and discovery. Guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, our play-based program is tailored to each child’s individual needs and interests, with goals developed in partnership with families and allied health professionals.
Active Kids Newtown is equipped with secure electronic access to ensure only families and authorised caregivers enter the building. Onsite parking and a designated pram storage area provide additional convenience for families at drop-off and pick-up.
At Active Kids Newtown, school readiness is embedded from the earliest years. Through play-based learning, children are supported to build confidence, develop social skills, manage challenges, and form lasting friendships — laying the foundation for success at school and beyond.
